What This Is
A conversational prompt that helps you build a complete business reference document any AI tool can use to work on your behalf.
Paste the prompt into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini as your opening message. The AI will interview you one question at a time. Plan for 30 to 45 minutes. The more honest your answers, the more useful the document.
Tips
How to Get the Best Output
Answer in your own words. Resist the urge to sound polished. The AI will clean it up. The more natural and specific you are, the more your voice comes through in the final document.
Don't skip the uncomfortable questions. Who you want to avoid as a client, what you're bad at, what's not working. Those answers make the document genuinely useful rather than aspirational.
Share it widely. Give it to your VA, drop it into any AI conversation, include it in briefs for designers or copywriters. The document does its best work when it travels.
