For Real Estate Agents
Thinking About Where You Are in Your Business?
If you're a real estate agent who's been quietly wondering whether there's a better way to build your business, this page is for you. No pressure. No pitch. Just information.
Why I'm at eXp
Why I'm at eXp
I came to real estate after a career delivering babies. Twenty-plus years as an OB/GYN gave me a clear sense of how to walk people through high-stakes decisions calmly, without rushing them and without selling them something they didn't actually want. When I made the switch to real estate, I knew I wanted to build my business around that same approach.
I chose eXp because it gave me what most brokerages couldn't: real independence, real infrastructure, and a path to building long-term wealth. What I found after the fact was a deeply rooted training platform that I didn't even know I needed, a visionary leadership team thinking five years ahead while most brokerages are still defending five years behind, and a community of agents who are the kind of people I'd want in my corner whether I was at eXp or not.
What I've found here is that the agents who thrive at eXp are the ones who want to run their business like a real business, with the right tools and the right support behind them. That's what I'm looking to offer the agents I sponsor.
Sponsorship
What Sponsorship Actually Looks Like
You stay independent
You keep your name, your brand, your clients, your splits. Sponsorship doesn't mean working for me. It means being supported by me as you build your own business.
You get the eXp infrastructure
All the tools, training, tech, and revenue share that come with being at eXp. No carve-outs, no special rules. The same access every eXp agent has.
You get my time and my network
Direct access to me as a sponsor. Conversations when you need them. Introductions to people in my network who can help you grow.
You get the Entourage community
Through my co-sponsorship arrangement with Entourage, you have full access to their coaching, tools, and community. More on this below.
Community
The Community I Co-Sponsor
Entourage is a community within eXp built around mentorship, tools, and coaching. They've built something specific, a vault of templates and training, weekly live coaching, lead generation training, and a real community of agents who support each other.
Through my co-sponsorship arrangement, the agents I sponsor get full access to everything Entourage offers. If you'd like to learn more or be invited to the next weekly call, send me a note.

You value direct, honest conversations over hype and group enthusiasm.
You're ready to build long-term wealth through revenue share, not just transaction commissions.
You're looking for a sponsor who shows up when you need them and doesn't manage you when you don't.
FAQ
Common Questions
What does it cost to join eXp?
There is a $149 startup fee, an $85 monthly fee, and an 80/20 commission split with a $16,000 annual cap. Once you hit the cap, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the calendar year.
What's the difference between joining a team and being sponsored?
Traditional teams involve working under a team leader and splitting commissions, usually in exchange for leads and branding. Sponsorship is different. You stay independent, you keep your name, your brand, your clients, and your splits. Sponsorship means having a sponsor who provides infrastructure, mentorship, and support while you build your own business on your own terms.
How does revenue share actually work?
When you join eXp, you join through a sponsor. A small percentage of your production flows back to that sponsor. In turn, you can sponsor other agents and earn from their production as well. Over time, this creates a long-term, residual income stream that sits alongside your transaction commissions.
Do I have to leave my current clients behind?
No. Your client relationships are yours and they come with you. Most agents who switch brokerages find the transition is much smoother than they expect.
What if I'm brand new to real estate?
You can absolutely be sponsored as a new agent. eXp has strong training resources, and through my co-sponsorship with Entourage, you get access to coaching, weekly live calls, and a community of agents who are actively building their businesses. I have personally been through the learning curve and understand how important it is to have direct support during those first months.
How do I switch from my current brokerage?
The process involves moving your real estate license and handling any existing transactions you have under contract. Most transitions take a few weeks. I can walk you through exactly what to expect based on your current situation.
