Thinking With AI

Today we're doing this together, not just talking about it. By the time we're through, you'll have had a real conversation with your own AI about your own business, and a document to show for it, built from an actual back-and-forth, not a form you filled out alone.

We probably won't finish every step in the room. That's fine. Everything here is yours to keep, so you can pick up wherever we leave off.

Step 1 of 6 · Getting Started

Background & Philosophy

Everything from here happens in one running conversation, we'll come back to this same chat for every step today. By the end, it'll have built a real reference document about your business.

  1. Get Claude. Go to claude.ai in your browser and log in. Already have ChatGPT open and don't want to switch today? Everything here works there too, just use a new chat instead of a Project.
  2. Make your account. Continue with Google, or use your email and grab the login code it sends you.
  3. Build your Project. In the left sidebar, click Projects, then New Project. Name it after your business.
Throughout today: type, talk out loud by tapping the microphone icon, or upload a screenshot or file if something's relevant. Use whichever feels most comfortable, none of it is required, it's just there if you want it.
This step: about 5 minutes, set up plus the first chunk.

A few ground rules that make everything above work

“Real names are yours to protect.”

If you paste in anything real, use first names only, never account numbers.

“The more you give it, the better it reads.”

A three-line summary gets a three-line answer. Paste the whole record, the actual words, the messy part.

“If an answer feels generic, say so.”

“That's surface level, go deeper” or “stop being nice, be blunt” works. A flat first answer usually means a thin prompt.

This page, the prompts, and the structure were built for Kingwood Business Women by Diane Hibbs, DianeSellsHTX LLC. It's yours to use in your own business for as long as it's useful to you. It isn't meant to be taught, resold, or repackaged as someone else's course or training. If you'd like to use the framework that way, just ask, I'm easy to find.

The lane and prompt format was built with thanks to Tamany Hall (@realestatesocialstrategist), who was kind enough to let this borrow the shape of her own workshop page.
